Frequently Asked Questions

Question; What maintenance do the payment terminal cabinets require?                                                                 Answer; As the cabinet is made from stainless steel and it is not painted it requires no maintenance.

Question; Can I bolt the stand direct to existing concrete or use existing in ground bolts?                                             Answer; Yes, there are two models of stand one is for in ground installation the other is designed to fit many existing stud patterns or it can be secured using new bolt

Question; Can the payment terminal accept a corporate token?                                                                                  Answer; Yes it can, the corporate token can be mapped to select a particular wash from one to four. The terminal can accept up to four corporate tokens.

Question; Can the payment terminal accept value tokens?                                                                                       Answer; Yes, there are 5 channels in the coin acceptor which can be programmed on site to accept either coins or tokens of any value.

Question; When the wash is switched off will the payment terminal automatically stop accepting transactions?        Answer; Yes.

Question; How many cars can be held in escrow?                                                                                                     Answer; Up to five vehicles can be held in escrow.

Question; If the LCD is damaged will the unit carry on working?                                                                                  Answer; Yes, unlike a touch screen unit the Quick Wash will carry on operating.

Question; Is a GST receipt available to a customer?                                                                                                    Answer; Yes, a receipt is available to the customer.

Question; How many events are stored in the payment terminal?                                                                          Answer; The Quick wash will store up to 3000 time and date stamped events.
